Different every time, each time with newly created dishes. And we are quite adventurous – if you understand what we mean.

Our Pop-up Buschenschank is open every Friday to Sunday from 4:00 PM. Like a phoenix from the ashes, it "appears" again each time with a different theme and delicious offerings in solid and liquid form from our house.
