The private garden of the Zettl family is laid out around the 250-year-old country house, which was renovated in 1995. Beds of spring bloomers, perennials and rose varieties make impressive eye-catchers.
Other highlights include a Japanese garden section, tree and shrub rarities, a vegetable garden with a glasshouse and a herb spiral, as well as fruit trees and berry bushes and a swimming pond.
A garden tour with many tips awaits visitors to the country garden. The history of how and when the garden was created, information about plants, how to plant, prune, care for or fertilize them properly round off the garden experience.
