The best way to get to Altaussee is to plan with google.at/maps.

The tour leads from the starting point along Lake Altaussee to the beach café. After a few meters follow the forest road up to the right. Pass the Bartlhof farmstead and follow the gravel road for about 1 km to Bärnmoos.

After a small refreshment, continue on a gravel road in the direction of Obertressen. Above the residential houses and meadows the path continues in the forest until you reach the asphalted road. Turn right into the road and follow it until you reach Oase Berta, then turn left and ride downhill to Bad Aussee. Cross the Chlumeckyplatz and take the 1st exit at the traffic circle. After approx. 200 m turn right into Altausseer Straße and follow the foot/bike path to the middle school. Cross the road and continue through the district Reitern im Wald. Turn left into the Klaus-Maria-Brandauer Promenade and follow it to the starting point in Altaussee.

At the starting point of the tour, the parking lot Scheichelmühle, parking is available for a fee.
