Wildfeld - Stadlstein
From here it goes then quite steeply uphill until after about 1 1/2 hours the Teicheneggalm is reached. At the Teicheneggalm, on summer weekends, the dairyman is with his animals and perhaps he also has a cool beer in his well.
From here we continue to Wildfeld, the first part of the trail is still in the forest, but after the tree line you already have the first great views of the surrounding mountains. Arrived at the Teicheneggsattel, trail No. 673 leads over partly steep alpine meadows and scree paths to the Wildfeld.
From the Wildfeld, the trail passes under the Speikkogel to the Stadelstein, the last part of the trail is somewhat rocky. From the summit of Stadelstein you have a wonderful panoramic view over the Eisenerzer Alps, from Hochkogel and Kaiserschild, further the Hochblaser, Pfaffenstein, Eisenerzer Reichenstein,....!
The descent from the summit is the same, then it goes down to the Ochsenboden and further to the Hochalm. Also on the Hochalm are three huts, here you can fortify yourself on weekends and holidays, then it goes down to the parking lot via a well-marked path.
As an alternative for the descent you could also climb the Schwarzenstein (1953m), for this you follow at the foot of the Stadelstein the path No. 673 in the direction of Hochtörl - Hohe Lins, the path passes below the Stadelstein, at a fork you go left (attention not marked) to the Schwarzenstein, also from here a path leads down to the Hochalm (very steep).
