The information office in Grundlsee is located about 200 meters after the lake beginning on the left side of the road.

The information office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Until September 5, it is also open on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
