Guided hike around Ödensee and through the Kainische Hochmoor by the Movement Revolution

Sonja Irendorfer, Chairwoman of the “Körper- und Vitalschmiede Ausseerland” with the movement revolution, the Tour de Steiermark, and the area manager of the ÖBF, Sabine Jungwirth, offer a unique combination of nature experience and movement: A guided hike with insights into the impressive landscape around the Ödensee as well as active movement sessions under the guidance of a professional coach.

During the tour, participants will learn how a moor acts as a CO₂ reservoir, receive exciting information on ongoing renaturation measures, and discover the unique features of the surrounding forests.

Everyone interested is warmly invited to come without registration and join the hike.
