The JUFA Hotel Altaussee is located in the midst of the Styrian Salzkammergut, right at the foot of the distinctive Loser mass. The accommodation combines contemporary comfort with a wide range of recreational activities for guests of all ages.
The bright, functional rooms are suitable for both families and group or individual travelers. For relaxation, there is an in-house sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, and infrared cabin.
Children can benefit from a two-story indoor play and climbing area, a toddler playroom, an indoor cinema, as well as a spacious outdoor playground.
A café with a sun terrace and a view of the surrounding mountains invites guests to linger.
In winter, the hotel stands out with direct access to the ski slope of the Loser ski area. In the summer months, numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as via ferratas in the immediate vicinity lead through the diverse landscape of the Ausseerland.
The Salzwelten Altaussee are only a few minutes' walk away, and the Altausseer See is also quickly accessible.
In addition to its location in Altaussee, JUFA operates two other properties in the Ausseerland: the JUFA Hotel Bad Aussee, centrally located in the spa town, and the JUFA Hotel Grundlsee, directly on the shore of the lake of the same name.
