Immerse yourself in a fragrant sea of flowers: on 7 June 2025, the well-known ORF organic gardener and garden tour guide Angelika Ertl invites you on a special excursion to the Graz Region. Under the motto ‘In the Rose Rush’, you will discover the enchanting Monet Rose Garden in Laßnitzhöhe, a real insider tip for rose lovers in Styria.
The tour starts at 2 p.m. and you will soon reach the lovingly designed garden, which is reminiscent of Claude Monet's impressionist works in its variety and splendour. Numerous rose species and varieties await you here, all in full bloom. Experienced rose specialists share their knowledge about care, variety and the importance of the rose in garden culture.
A leisurely stroll through Laßnitzhöhe will show you why the town has won several awards in the regional flower decoration competition - even platinum. To round off the day, enjoy a refreshing rose cocktail to tantalise the senses and round off the day perfectly.
