As the name suggests, the Alpaca Ranch in Bad Gams is home to around 40 different coloured alpacas. There are many new things to discover in the various activities on offer. In addition to informative farm tours, where families learn a lot about the interesting species of alpacas and their special features, parents and children can also get up close and personal with the cuddly animals on an alpaca hike.

"Do they spit?" The answer to one of the most frequently asked questions is indeed "YES", but parents and children need not worry. Alpacas do not normally spit on humans, only on conspecifics during their hierarchy fights.
