Event Cancelled – Culinary & Scenic Evening at Packer Reservoir

The full moon nights of July were set to transform Packer Reservoir into a stage for exquisite open-air dining. At 850 meters above sea level, nestled in a tranquil forest setting, an extraordinary culinary experience had been planned: Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau-awarded chef Florian Wörgötter aimed to create a menu using fresh, regional ingredients – a composition that would bring landscape and cuisine into perfect harmony.

But this time, nature had different plans. Following an extended heatwave, heavy rains on Sunday led to severe waterlogging and erosion across the event grounds. With the safe construction of the platforms no longer guaranteed, the event had to be cancelled – with a heavy heart.

Juni 2025

VOLLmund at hüblerhof

For the first VOLLMUND event of the season, the Hüblerhof in Semriach was transformed into a magical setting. Sylvia Loidolt from the Semriacherhof and Maria Möstl from the Häuserl im Wald – together with her son Sebastian, who impressed with fresh, creative ideas – treated guests to regional specialties and seasonal delights that showcased the culinary richness of the region. The romantic natural surroundings and the atmospheric accompanying program created an unforgettable experience for all the senses.

Vollmund 2024

The VOLLMUND events 2024 transformed the mountains, forests, and lakes of the Graz Region into open-air stages for extraordinary culinary experiences. Styrian top chefs served regional cuisine under the open sky – atmospheric, creative, and deeply rooted in nature.

What began on June 22nd atop the Schöckl became a culinary summer journey whose echoes still linger.
