We start the ski tour in Mooshuben at the junction to the Jausenstation Eiblbauer and follow the road towards Freingraben. Once in Freingraben, we turn left at the crossroads in the direction of Schöneben. After about 3 km we reach Schöneben, where we follow the road straight on towards Falbersbachalm. At the Falbersbachalm we follow the road again in the direction of the Dürrieglalm. In the process we also pass the Falbersbachhütte (no rental in winter).
Shortly before the Dürrieglalm we turn left in a right-hand bend and follow the forest road, at the next road junction turn right again to the highest point of the road. Here leave the road to the left and cross the slope and the following ridge to the Fallenstein summit.
Attention: Before the summit somewhat dangerous avalanche, usually a lot of snow, here the ascent track carefully.
Return the same way.
