The 300-year-old farmer's chapel has been professionally restored according to the principles of monument preservation and provides the framework for exhibitions with changing focuses on the subjects of "WATER TREASURE - CULTURE TREASURE - NATURAL TREASURE" in the Hochschwab area.


The royal Hochschwab is a treasure trove, rich in water, nature and culture. Since 2003, the Hochschwab Museum has set itself the task of bringing the history and culture of the Hochschwab area to life. At the same time, the arc is drawn to future topics. The current exhibition can be harmoniously combined with a hike or a meal at the soil farmer. Visit the museum on weekends/holidays or during a guided tour - including regional stories and a walk along the WasserWanderWunderWeg!
