Our head chef focuses on dishes prepared with regional products from the spa and volcanic region. The DRY AGED saddle steak from the volcanic region pig served with local corn cream or the vegan dumplings, personally made by chef Karl Feyrer, are examples of the variety that caters to numerous culinary preferences.
