Obsthof Kaufmann in the Styrian Vulkanland has always presented itself as an extremely versatile fruit-growing farm with a wide variety of fruit crops. The first steps in fruit grafting began 20 years ago, and versatility is not just a buzzword in this area of the business either. The 20 or so single-variety apple juices are the flagship of the product range. Multiple national and Alps-Adriatic awards continuously confirm the quality and innovation in fruit processing. As Styrian fruit juice ambassadors, the Kaufmann family is happy to welcome groups of visitors (up to bus size) to "abduct" interested parties into the orchard, to treat them to a commented "liquid" fruit tasting or to invite them to a nostalgic press experience in autumn.
