Lisa Bauer and the gin of life
If you ask Lisa Bauer about her reasons for joining the ranks of distillers, she smiles and talks about her search for herself and the "taste of life" in South America, somewhere between Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Austria. That she not only found herself and the meaning of life in the process, but also came across the gin of life right away was apparently destiny.
Lisa Bauer acquired the knowledge and practical know-how about the trendy drinks gin and bitters in numerous theoretical courses and during stays abroad and started her own production. In the meantime, Lisa Bauer has built up her own farm distillery.
