We are a typical mixed agricultural business, with a bit of everything - typically Styrian.
We offer our guests seasonal delicacies according to tried and tested recipes. As a family business, everyone always pulls together and strives to make sure everything goes according to plan:
Lisi takes care of all the meat production and is the head chef. Her word carries weight.
Siegi is the man for the rough stuff and lovingly looks after all the "bigger" projects on the farm as well as the vineyards and wine cellar.
Philip is the technician in the Bauer house and a tractor specialist - it doesn't work, it doesn't exist. From pruning to pressing - he knows his stuff!
Isabella is the organiser and secretary - from reservations to ordering snacks and sending wine, Isi is happy to take your calls.
Lisa & Georg & grandmother Hermi are the good house spirits and help out in all areas when needed.
