You can expect personal conversations with winemakers, they get an insight into the organic and biodynamic farming. How can you tell the difference between organic and biodynamic farming, and above all who are these people and what motivates them to live their lives as winemakers.
Just arrive, enjoy the magical flair in the courtyard of the winery and listen to the birds and sounds of nature with a 1/8th of a glass of wine.
So many conversations also make you hungry, so we offer fine delicacies such as raw ham, cheese and vegan dishes 100% organic of course. For the culinary Feinspitz there is a special feature, Escargot (in herb butter gratinated snails) from our own farm on our menu.
For dessert, you can expect homemade pastries from our grandmother, accompanied by a coffee or espresso.
