On Friday, June 20, 2025, the main square of Fürstenfeld will be all about health awareness and prevention. At the Fit & Healthy EXPO, visitors have the opportunity to test their fitness and health parameters for free from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Offered are, among other things, a blood test to determine glucose and cholesterol levels, a body fat analysis, the Harvard fitness test, and a computer-based test to determine biological age. The program is complemented by medical advice, a healthy buffet, and relaxation massages.
The event is canceled in case of bad weather.
