Sauvignon is currently on everyone's lips. Styrian winegrowers have just won a host of medals at the largest international Sauvignon competition.
Around 30 Styrian wineries present themselves along the wine trail from the school to the vineyard house and spoil visitors with around 100 different Sauvignons.
Selected international representatives of this grape variety also complement the diversity of the tasting.
Along the trail, refreshment stations with home-made delicacies provide refreshments.
The Styrian Sauvignon festival is organized by the 2nd grade of the Silberberg technical school for fruit and wine growing as part of their practical work.
After the successful premiere in 2014, this is only the second edition of the Sauvignon Summit. “We are very proud to implement this project together with our teachers,” said the 2nd class organization team.
