The wine cellar, whose old vaults reflect over 100 years of wine-growing history. The press house was renovated with great sensitivity, while modern cellar technology and many years of experience in handling one of nature's most valuable products, “wine”, set the tasteful tone in the new wine cellar.
The close proximity to the vines guarantees that the grapes are processed quickly and thus freshly harvested in the press house, where they are crushed for different lengths of time depending on the variety. Great red wines are carefully matured in oak barrels to produce “barriquem” wines.
Every Friday and by appointment, we organize a wine tasting experience in our wine cellar with wines exclusively from our winery, followed by a winegrower's snack at a price of € 25.
