The special atmosphere of the beautifully situated guest house is quickly explained. Wine and food come from a single source and are therefore precisely matched to one another.
Guido Dillinger is the boss of the house in the open kitchen. The open kitchen proves to the guests that in the pots and pans only seasonal ingredients, almost always from producers of the region zukbekauf or from the Einhergegehegege come. Those wishing to stay longer can do so in the comfortable wine cellars.
You can relax in the infinity pool or in the wellness area with sauna, brine steam bath, fitness room and massage. The "Sabathihof" of the Dillinger family is not only a winery and a remarkable restaurant but also one of the most beautiful vineyard hotels to be discovered in southern Styria.
