In the therapy center Prä-Fit you will find a wide range of different therapies.
We offer physiotherapy (manual therapy according to Maitland, treatments according to Sohier, Mulligan, osteopathy, Bobath, PNF, FBL, Perfetti,...). We also offer electrotherapy and ultrasound, classical therapeutic massage, connective tissue massage and manual lymphatic drainage. We also offer mud packs, red light and cryotherapy (cold mud, bags), extension, respiratory therapy, coordination and fitness training, relaxation techniques (according to Jakobson) and occupational medicine (at the workplace, in schools). We also give lectures and supervise athletes and clubs, as well as senior care and group therapies. Taping, dog-assisted physiotherapy (HBP) and Equustherapie® (horse-assisted physiotherapy at Pferdehof Jagamühle) are also part of our services. Therapeutic climbing, Nordic walking (theory and practice with video analysis), a running school (with video analysis) and spinal gymnastics with video analysis are also not to be missed.

Tip:
Therapeutic climbing as well as indoor climbing with a climbing area of 60 m² and difficulty levels 3 - 8 plus. Clean indoor shoes are required for climbing. We ask for pre-registration.
