Discover the diversity of Styrian cuisine at Restaurant Steirerland and be inspired by our fresh, regional delicacies. Our kitchen concept is based on seasonal ingredients from the region: vegetables, salads and herbs from our own garden, game and mushrooms from the surrounding forests as well as meat from traditional local animal husbandry.
Vegetarians also get their money's worth with us: our head chef Ruth Stelzer conjures up creative, delicious dishes to tantalise every palate. Do you have any special requests or intolerances? Let us know before your visit - we will be happy to cater for them.
