Ex-Formula 1 chef Reinhard Rois offers classic inn cuisine and Austrian dishes with an international touch. With trout tartare and mousse on cucumber cream and raw beans or milk lamb breast with lovage-semmel stuffing, you can feel perfect craftsmanship. The homemade pastries are sinfully good.
