Storytelling: "The forest woman and the brave parrot"

On Saturday, 6 September 2025, the Eisenbergerhof in Weinitzen near Graz invites you to a special event from 15:00 to approx. 18:30: "Die überaus listenreiche Gärtnerin" - a storytelling hike for adults and children aged 8 and over.

An afternoon full of fascinating stories and musical sounds awaits you in the midst of the idyllic Styrian countryside. Frederik Mellak, an experienced storyteller, takes you into a world in which a clever gardener fights a giant, a kitchen boy impresses with his perseverance, a princess opens up to deep insights and a tomcat wants to marry a mouse.

The stories are accompanied by Anna Hrozny-Kügerl, who provides the perfect musical backdrop with harp, bagpipes and hurdy-gurdy. The combination of lively storytelling and atmospheric music creates a unique experience that delights both children and adults.

The Eisenbergerhof, known as a place of encounter and health in the Graz Region, offers the perfect setting for this event with its natural ambience. In case of rain, the event will take place in the cosy seminar room of the farm.
