On Sunday, 11 May 2025, the Hügellandhof in Premstätten near Vasoldsberg invites you to a very special Mother's Day buffet. From 11:30 to 15:00, a culinary journey through four countries awaits you - a feast for all the senses in the picturesque Graz Region in Styria.
Start with Austrian classics such as crispy Wiener Schnitzel and tempting Sachertorte. Continue to Italy with branzino, pasta and creamy gelati. Spanish specialities such as paella and crema catalana bring Mediterranean flair, while Greek delicacies such as musaka and tzatziki tantalise the palate.
The buffet also offers a variety of other delicacies.

- Vulcano ham, osso collo and salami
- Beef tartare with baked egg
- Burrata with vine tomatoes and basil
- Solo asparagus with tomato and egg vinaigrette

- Homemade potato gnocchi in truffle sauce

Children up to 5 years eat for free, after that only € 4,00 per year of age.
