In the leisure facility at the Gasthaus Karl-Wirt there is a lot to experience, especially for the little guests! In addition to the excellent Styrian cuisine, the guest house offers cosiness and good entertainment for family celebrations, company celebrations, excursions and all kinds of events in Eastern Styria. The inn also has three indoor bowling alleys, a go-kart track, a shooting range, a bouncy castle and much more. The Häusler family is particularly proud of the Almenland trout. These are grown in the in-house fish pond. You could combine a visit to the Karl Wirt with the Mühlental hike. On a guided hike or alone, you can marvel at numerous old, but also newly renovated mills. The hiking trail is suitable for the whole family.

Almenland fish tour & tasting:

The tour begins at the fish ponds, where the rainbow trout are grown GM-free and sustainably in fresh Almenland spring water. We continue to the smokehouse, here Bernhard Häusler explains what is important for perfect fish smoking and you can also take a look at the larch smoker. The conclusion is a smoked fish tasting. Children can use the pedal go-karts and playgrounds free of charge during the tour.
