Public parking lot at Birkfeld train station
BirkfeldWith its historic facade, the public parking lot at Birkfeld station exudes a rustic atmosphere that tells of days long gone.
There is a parking lot directly on site and an old, traditional train station that is well worth seeing. You can take a look around and admire the historic building.
The Feistritztalbahn, which is over 100 years old, runs through here. It is an old steam locomotive that still pulls a passenger carriage from the Wilhelminian era. A maximum of 4-5 carriages can be harnessed to the historic steam train and the train travels in the direction of Ratten, along the Feistritzradweg R8.
