PöllauIn Hinteregg in the Pöllauertal nature park, the Käfer family produces food from their own stables and their own cultivation.
Since 1982, the Käfer family has been producing its products in the original way at 600 meters above sea level. Hannelore and Josef Käfer's two sons, Andreas, a trained butcher, and Markus, a trained baker, also work full-time in the family business. From growing grain to fattening pigs to slaughtering and manufacturing the products, everything is done in-house to guarantee the best quality.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. - 5 p.m

Saturday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m
