The restaurant looks back on a long tradition; it has been family-owned for over 160 years and pampers guests from near and far.
The focus is still on regionality in the preparation of the dishes: the organic milk comes from a local farmer, the fish from Festenburg and the crispy bread from the bakery in the neighboring village.
