Hinterleitner mill
St. Kathrein am HauensteinVisit the mill and learn interesting things from the past.
The mill is located in the so-called Mühlental and was built between 1896 and 1900. The show mill has been completely restored and put back into operation for those who are interested. In 1992, the Hinterleitner mill was completely restored as a show mill during the 1993 state exhibition and was thus put back into operation for those interested. Oats and rye were ground to make bread and as grist to feed livestock.
