Disc Golf Course
PöllaubergPlay a round of disc golf on the first disc golf course in Austria at the Retter Bio-Natur-Resort.
Disc golf is similar to a normal game of golf altough more environmentally friendly. From a designated area you have to aim at a target with the objective of hitting it with the fewest throws. It is an ideal sport for groups but can also be played solo.
This is how it works:
You start from a tee area. As you progress, you must make each consecutive throw from the spot where the previous throw landed until the disc lands in the basket. At the end of each lane, you make a note of how many throws you needed. Then you continue playing all disc golf lanes in the mandatory order. At the end, you add up all your throws. The Retter disc golf course consists of 9 lanes with different lengths.
External guests pay € 5,- for a day of disc golf fun. Hotel guests are invited.
Duration: 2 - 3 hours
Participants: Maximum of 8 people per group; further groups can participate at intervals of 15 minutes
