The wines are matured in steel tanks with automatic fermentation control. Some wines come in small barriques.
Special feature of Urbanus: Saint Urbanus - patron saint of winemakers and ambassador of the East Styrian Roman Wine Route. Every year just in time for the Candlemas on 2.2. he introduces himself and the new vintage in the wine cellars. Tasted directly from the wine barrel, it beguiles with its fresh, light fruit and pampers every palate with stimulating drinking pleasure!
