The restaurant delights its guests with selected products from the region, primarily using ingredients from its own breeding and cultivation. The cuisine is characterized by an innovative fusion that offers numerous culinary highlights. Specialties include Styrian spring rolls, lamb dishes from their own pasture-raised lamb, and salmon trout grown in Zirbitz water.
Especially noteworthy is the recognition of Seetalblick in the Falstaff Guide 2025 with 88 points, making it one of the leading restaurants in Styria. Additionally, it has been awarded with two golden forks.
