The fish can be purchased whole, filleted or smoked. The fish farm in St. Johann am Tauern/Pölstal also offers stocked fish.
The products are available directly at the farm or at the following partner businesses: Café Rita (Trieben), Butcher Steinmetz (Rottenmann), ADEG Piber (Möderbrugg), Spar Kump (Pöls-Oberkurzheim), Butcher Autischer (Fohnsdorf), Tee-Café Steinkellner (Judenburg) & Hofladen Adelwöhrer (St. Oswald -Möderbrugg).
