Familie Golob/Egger
SpielbergProducts: freshly caught fish, natural honey.
The fish ponds of the Golob/Egger family are located in the Hammergraben and are fed with fresh water from the Ingering. The family business is already in its 3rd generation of fish farming. Today the business is run by Andrea Golob and Thomas Egger in the tried and tested tradition.
Freshly caught
Why do the fish from the Golob/Egger family taste so good? Because they live in the purest Styrian stream water, are fed only high-quality food, have plenty of space and, above all, plenty of time to grow and mature. The trout are offered whole or as fillets. The products are sold ex farm. We ask for advance orders by telephone so that your trout can be prepared individually and freshly caught.
Pure nature
Only from a healthy, vital natural environment can the bee draw its full strength and produce natural honey. The bees of the Golob/Egger family collect the pollen in the surrounding forests and species-rich meadows. This gives the honey a very special flavour. The forest & blossom honey is bottled in 0.5 kg and 1 kg jars.
