play a major role. As well as the close and trusting relationship with our partners and suppliers, which has been reflected in the origin of our food for over 20 years:

- 100 % farm ice cream from the Huber family from Saureggen, Carinthia's highest dairy farmers
- 100 % fresh organic eggs from the Obereder family from Gnesau
- 100 % milk from Kärntnermilch
- 100 % bread and pastries from Troadkunst in Tamsweg or from Schrunerhof in Ebene Reichenau
- 100 % organic buttermilk from the Neuwirth farm in Gnesau
- 100 % coffee enjoyment from the Amann family in Vorarlberg
- 100 % apple juice from the Leßl family in Styria
- 100 % of our apples for applesauce, strudel and cakes come from our mother's garden in Moosburg in Carinthia
- 100 % Carpathian crystal salt from the Tschadamer farm in Liebenfels, Carinthia
