AdmontSilent donkey trekking for adults and children
Silent donkey trekking means that we learn to stop our outer world again and go into silence and practise being aware that we are leading a donkey by a rope, that we concentrate on it and that we learn to perceive this beautiful nature in the Gesäuse again. At the stable itself, I do an introduction and see which donkey likes to go with which person. Donkeys are wonderful teachers when it comes to seeing who is leading right now, the human or the donkey.
- Group walks from 7 people (2-3 hours)
- individual walks (2-3 hours)
- Pair hikes (2-3 hours)
- trekkings (longer hikes, approx. 4 hours)
- Children's hikes (approx. 1 hour)
