Bichlbacher Rodelbahn
AdmontIt glows and sparkles
When some merge with their stove bench in winter, others prefer to merge with their toboggan. Namely, when the one-kilometre-long slope is brightly lit and twinkling with the stars.
Three - two - one - go!
While Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" sounds softly from the collegiate church through the Admont evening, you can hear a single yodel of joy from the side of the Bichlbach toboggan run. The air is crisp and clear, the blood cells on the cheeks and tip of the nose dance warmly, on the Bichlbacher toboggan run you are guaranteed a healthy complexion. 160 metres of altitude are the distance you have to travel to get down the slope. The wood of the toboggan under your buttocks, the laughter of friends or family members close to your ear, for a brief moment even the naysayers among us see bright white.
Again!
Of course, such a blast has to be repeated. But the best way is with a hot drink or snack in your stomach. The small hut with a bar is located directly at the end of the finishing straight. However, if you get really hungry after the tobogganing fun, you should make a stop at one of the Admont inns. The Gesaeuse game is the talk of the town, especially in winter.
