Loser Panoramic Road Altaussee
AltausseeThe Loser with its new panoramic cable car is one of the most attractive excursion destinations in summer and winter in the Salzkammergut.
After the comfortable ascent with the Loser Panoramabahn, which can accommodate up to 10 people, you reach the starting point at 1,600 meters above sea level for numerous hikes on the Loser and into the heart of the Totes Gebierge.
In summer, there is something for every guest, whether hiking, climbing, biking, paragliding, hang-gliding or just enjoying the view.Skiers and snowboarders are very welcome in our Loser ski area. Touring skiers and tobogganers get their money's worth on the groomed family slope.

Outside the opening hours of the Panoramabahn, the Panoramastraße can be used in summer. Please buy your toll ticket at the ticket machine!
The Panoramabahn is open in winter until Easter Monday (April 21, 2025) and the summer season starts on May 29, 2025.
