Each grape is inspected and only the best grapes are allowed into the picking bucket. Manual labor is important to us in all areas of our business to ensure high quality and to give our products our personal touch. Every single grape is handpicked and carefully selected for our wines.

Regional wines
As young and fruity wines, the area wines represent the respective grape variety and Southern Styria with its entire terroir.

Local wines
In the case of the local wines, the differences lie in the respective growing region. Kitzeck-Sausal has predominantly slate soils, as well as isolated shell limestone soils. These combined with the leading varieties of the region result in our local wines.

Vineyard wines
The vineyards Gaisriegel and Mitterberg form the highest level in our assortment. The special characteristics of these sites are brought into the bottles through careful handwork and result in an individual character.
