Culinary experiences with Genuss ab Hof 

If you want to experience Styria with all your senses, embark on a culinary journey of discovery to the “Genuss ab Hof” farms. Here, the door opens to a world full of authentic stories and regional delicacies.
The tours lead off the beaten track to the best direct marketers in Styria, to farms and manufactories where the people behind the products open their doors in person. 
Visitors learn first-hand how regional raw materials are turned into award-winning specialties, and of course get to taste them too. Or they can cook together, as in the preparation of fresh pumpkin noodles, which are then enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. And at the end, a typical Styrian snack awaits, with regional specialties and a good glass of wine to round off the day. Every tour is an invitation to get to know genuine Styrian cuisine - and the people who are passionate about it.

To St. Anna in Thermen- und Vulkanland - from goat's cheese to rose blossom, from pumpkin noodles to fine brandies

The culinary journey of discovery leads to St. Anna am Aigen, where a lovingly run goat farm offers insights into the life of the animals and the production of fine cheese creations. Afterwards, the volcanic region shows its original side at the bubbling Brodlsulz, before a short walk takes you to the Styrian vinotheque with its magnificent panoramic view and a first sip of wine.

Then it's off to a traditional pumpkin farm, where creative specialties are tasted and fresh pumpkin noodles are prepared together. An organic farm Rosen & Lavendel delights with aromatic products and sweet rose waffles, before the tour comes to an end at the fruit farm with a hearty Styrian snack and a tasting of fine brandies.

Departure by coach at 10:35 at Feldbach station, return at approx. 17:20 at Feldbach station; coordinated with train connections to and from Graz Arrival with the S3 at 9:07 from Graz main station, return at approx. 17:50 from Feldbach station. Train tickets are not included in the price and must be organized individually.
