Heidenspass is more than just a café. It is a place where upcycling, social engagement, and creative work come together. The project is operated by the non-profit association Fensterplatz, which offers young people new perspectives and helps them find their way into working life.

In the workshop, new products are created from used materials: bags made from fire hoses, furniture made from pallets, and accessories made from fabric scraps. At the same time, there is a shop café that attracts visitors with vegetarian and vegan lunch options, breakfast, and seasonal dishes, all freshly prepared and sustainably thought out.

Young people participate in design, crafts, and service, develop their own ideas, and take on responsibility. Workshops, collaborations, and joint projects make Heidenspass a place where creativity and social responsibility naturally belong together – right in the heart of the Graz Region.
