Tribeka

Drink better coffee. This sentence marked the beginning of Tribeka more than twenty years ago, and that's exactly what happens here day after day. The first branch opened in 2003, setting a new standard for coffee in the city. Since then, a lot has happened: more locations have been added, the coffee culture has changed, and the habits of guests have evolved.

However, what has not changed is the commitment to quality. The beans are roasted in-house and the varieties are carefully selected. Tribeka sources its coffee through Direct Trade and focuses on four clearly defined coffee varieties: a main variety from Nicaragua, a pure Robusta from India, a coffee from Burundi, and a special variant for filter coffee. Even the Verlängerte follows this principle: it is prepared using a portafilter and only then infused with water. A small detail that makes a difference.

The location at Grieskai is one of the special addresses of Tribeka. Located directly on the Mur and just a few steps from the center, it has long become a popular meeting point. In summer, many are drawn to the small garden, where you can sit with a view of the clock tower. Like the other branches, there is also a small, fine selection of food here with bagels, ciabattas, brownies, and cookies that perfectly complement the coffee.
