Lake Albert Circuit, Ratten
This tour is a stroller-friendly circular trail around Lake Albert in Ratten.
On this loop you can take a leisurely hike around the recreational lake in Ratten without any steep inclines. On the way there is also a refreshment stop, where you can strengthen yourself for the further part.

Ratten is located approx. 25 km north of the district capital Weiz between Pretulaple and Joglland in the upper Feistriztal valley.
By car:
From Graz - A2 to Gleisdorf - take the 2nd exit at the traffic circle (B64/B72)
From Weiz - via B72
From Germany - via A3

- We start at the Gasthof Albert and go left over the bridge
- We continue through the Filzmoos settlement until we reach the country road
- We cross this road and follow the forest road to the lake.
- We can walk around the lake and return along the same path to the Albert Inn.
This hike is a beautiful loop, which is also ideal for strollers. Also for children there are some attractions directly at the lake, such as a playground, volleyball court, a bocce court and the possibility to go out on the lake with a pedal boat.
