Put on your dirndls and lederhosen and off you go to the first Thalheim Oktoberfest at the Hofwirt in Seckau’ - that's the motto on 12 and 13 October in the Murtal.

Celebrate

Celebrate, laugh, dance, eat and drink together and, above all, have a great time - that's what awaits young and old at this event and premiere at TAUROA's Hofwirt. Experience all the traditional highlights of an Oktoberfest - from the guild beer tapping with the motto ‘O'Zapft is!’ to a morning pint with brass band music, Styrian dance music and dance groups to exciting attractions such as the shooting range or the Thalheim hot-air balloon, which you can marvel at from up close.

Music - Culinary

But that's not all! During the day, the ‘Brandl Buam’, ‘elementisch steirisch’, the Musikverein and the dance groups ‘Stamm 1907’ and ‘Die Bergla Buam’ provide a cheerful atmosphere for the morning pint on Sunday. In the evening, DJ Lost Taste takes over and transforms the dance floor into a party zone. Food and drink are well catered for: in addition to the various Thalheim beer and lemonade specialities, there are crispy grilled chicken, hearty veal sausages, fresh pretzels, tender pork knuckles, the legendary Hofwirt Kaiserschmarrn and many other delicious Oktoberfest classics.
