The castle is located east of the village of Feistritz and was mentioned in a document as early as 1343 as Haus Feistritz and is a late medieval fortification that was expanded into a castle in the 16th century. Guided tours in the summer months.

The four-winged building has two round towers at the northwest and southeast corners, central wing in the west with a crested hipped roof. Window and portal frames on the northwest tower have remained visible as late Baroque components. The altar in the chapel is by Balthasar Prandtstätterfrom the 2nd quarter of the 18th century. The Knights' Hall in the south wing has a wooden beam ceiling and dates from the late 16th century.General renovation took place in 2010-2012.
