The respective requirements for the tours can be found in the tour description. The maximum weight for participants is 130 kg. Unfortunately, we do not have suitable safety equipment above this. The minimum height of children for the beginner tours is 125 cm.

Weather

Tours take place in all weathers. We will provide you with warm neoprene equipment. If tours are not possible for safety reasons, we will inform you in advance (extreme weather, high water).

Punctuality

Please be at our base camp on time and allow for possible traffic delays and breaks during the journey. Please understand that we cannot keep the other guests waiting and that the tours will start as booked. Should you still not be able to make it on time for the agreed date, please be sure to contact us by phone in advance.

How many participants per raft / group / course

Our largest rafting boats can accommodate up to 10 people + guide. Anything over that is simply split between several boats. We have rafts in various sizes for 4-10 people. For canyoning there is a maximum of 8 people in a group (easy - medium tours), less for difficult tours. For the kayak courses and SUP, one kayak instructor takes care of a maximum of 8 people per group.

Showers & changing rooms

In our camp you will find modern and heated shower and changing facilities with toilets.

Safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority. We use modern and well maintained safety equipment for all tours. Our guides are certified and trained for all tours and regularly take part in mandatory and voluntary internal training.
