Black poplar
Unterlamm
A special natural monument is one of the largest and mightiest black poplars in Austria.
The black poplar is a protected species and saplings of the largest and oldest black poplar (approx. 300 years old and 9.40 metres in circumference) in Austria have even been grown. It is located opposite the Matzer car dealership in the Oberlamm district.
