24 Stunden Murph-Weltrekordversuch in Fehring
FehringA non-profit project for the Styrian Children's Cancer Aid!
Stefan Kniely is the first person to complete this grueling workout for a second time over 24 hours.
What is "MURPH"?
1 mile (approximately 1.6 km) running, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and then another mile run…and repeat that again and again – nonstop for 24 hours.
Why is this special?
A MURPH is considered one of the hardest fitness workouts. Doing it with a weighted vest (approximately 10 kg) is an additional challenge! Stefan Kniely is attempting to set a new world record – 24 hours straight.
